Questions, answered
Do my customers need an account?
No. They choose a time, give a name and a mobile number or email, and accept the privacy notice.
Can customers pay online with GCash or a card?
Not yet. Today customers pay you directly, using the instructions you write, and your team records the payment. Online checkout is planned, and nothing you set up now will need redoing.
What happens if two people try to book the same time?
Only one succeeds. The other is told that time has just gone and can pick another.
Can I approve bookings myself?
Yes. Turn off automatic confirmation and online requests wait for you. Each one shows in your Bookings list.
Is it ready for my business?
It is in early access, built first for court and facility bookings. Pricing is not final. Tell us what you need before you commit.
